But that would mean on average it comes out roughly right again. We currently pay 82€ per month for electricity for 80sqm. From that arose the calculation of 130€ per month for 300sqm. But it will probably be lower indeed. Garbage is indeed set a bit too high as I just realized (there were additional collections in the calculation). I will reduce this item to 300€ annually. I also raised sewage again to 400€ annually and fresh water to 350€ annually.
Street cleaning does not exist here or costs "nothing". You have to sweep yourself on Saturdays...
Property tax B from the previous year was 1010.44. I don't think that will change much.
What kind of increase could result from the renovation?
Sure! Me too! Reserves are also being formed, but I do the cost calculation in a different place.
[*]Insurance 900€
[*]Property tax 1000€
[*]Garbage 300€
[*]Sewage 400€
[*]Fresh water 350€
[*]Sealed surface 300€
[*]Electricity 1600€
[*]Chimney sweep (maintenance) 100€
[*]Heating (maintenance) 250€
[*]Heating oil 3500€
[*]Cable connection 450€
[*]Reserve formation 0€
So we currently come to 9,150€ annually or 762.50€ monthly in ancillary house costs
I don't really understand what you mean by cost calculation in a different place, but ok :)
They are and remain ancillary house costs. One forms some reserves, another saves up and squanders it, and the last one lets repairs happen as they come
