Hello everyone,
we have already purchased a plot of land with approximately 670m² (approx. 2m height difference over 25m length). At first, we considered integrating the granny flat into the basement so that it would be level with the entrance. But gradually it became clear that there are several reasons against this (costs, stabilization of the slope, excavation work, poorer KFW funding, etc.). Alternatively, we are now considering accommodating everything on one level without a basement on the large plot. Do you have any ideas on how we could plan this???
House (180m²) with 3 children's rooms, bedroom, living / dining room / kitchen, WC, utility room
The floor area ratio is 0.3; eaves height 6.6m and ridge height 10.5m
