It is KFW 124 - no special repayment possible. But 0.1% better rate, so why not take it?
I haven't read everything now, but why the Kfw component? The interest rates are not that much better and there is no option for special repayment.
Please don't spread such half-knowledge all the time. With KfW 153 you can make special repayments as much as you want, even repay it all at once.

The KfW-124 loan is calculated once for a term of 30 years (Offer 1) and once for 35 years (Offer 2).
Term according to the KfW homepage is UP TO 35 years.
Edit: According to the KfW repayment calculator, this is possible as described above. Then the numbers of the OP or the offer also match. Whether this makes sense, I still dare to doubt.
In this case, however, the "assumption" was correct. Based on the posted interest rate, it could not have been a KfW153 but only the KfW124, where no special repayments are possible (except for an early full repayment with a prepayment penalty).
