It is KFW 124 - no special repayment possible. But 0.1% better rate, so why not take it?

In this case, however, the "assumption" was correct. Based on the posted interest rate, it could not be KfW153 but only KFW124, with which no special repayments are possible (except for an early full repayment with prepayment penalty).

The KfW-124 loan is calculated once for a term of 30 years (Offer 1) and once for 35 years (Offer 2). The term according to the KfW homepage is UP TO 35 years. Edit: According to the KfW repayment calculator, this is possible as described above. Then the numbers from the OP or the offer are also correct. Whether this makes sense, I still dare to doubt.

That's true. I was only concerned with the general statement. You always have to expect that someone only reads KfW and no bedrooms. :)
