I recently saw it in an advertisement. Sounds great. But take a look on their website at what it costs! Also ongoing costs. It feels like you become a tenant then...

Wow... and I thought that was a typo and they meant your "house banker." Certainly an interesting concept, but I would first approach a financing broker and see how it might look with other banks for follow-up financing.

I don't find the concept that interesting... For 2.9% annual "usage fee" there are probably much cheaper options. But there are niches (such as the one no bank wants to finance in this thread) where you could keep it open as one of the last options.

I honestly consider this thread pure fiction and probably advertising for this platform. At least that is suggested by the fact that the original poster appears with a little substantiated, rather strange initial situation, immediately mentions this provider in the first post, and then disappears into Narnia forever.

It almost sounds as if money for food is lacking. I can understand the bank.
