What do you expect.... instructions on how to cheat my paramedic out of his under-the-table money?? Have you ever been to a hardware store and seen how much diamond drill bits alone cost? He easily spent 50-80€ on drill bits.

Yeah, I agree. Besides, preparation, storage, and car costs etc. also have to be allocated. They also need to make a living from something.

No rip-offs and no special price either. I think everyone here has already spent money on worse value. Usually, the SHK craftsmen have a nice margin on what they install. Of course, that is missing in your order, but the tax office got the short end of the stick (I don't think much of that). If everything was done cleanly and fits well, the annoyance over the bill quickly fades. It would be different if the workmanship were poor. That would annoy longer.
