We have had the Mendler Hwc 83 as a 3-bin since last week. It is suitable for 3 x 240L bins and costs around €850. The quality is quite good except for the gap dimensions of the doors. Those are a moderate disaster. Assembly takes about 3 hours and was relatively simple. To correct the gap dimensions, I will probably have to install a few additional brackets or replace the door hinges. My requirements were the same and unfortunately, that was the only product that looks good and is under €1,000.
