Hello everyone

I am looking for a heating specialist who can program a heating system and the associated systems. The reason is that my heating, especially the control system, is faulty. I had to uninstall three of my actuators because otherwise the heating control does not work. Now I need an expert opinion regarding the planning error.

Regards

Hero

Hi,

I don’t have any on hand. But what is important to know is which region you come from. You have to look around locally, right?

Best regards

Hi Sandraholster

yes you can take a look on site if you want. But I think the explanation should be more than sufficient. Because I have 3 actuators that are supposed to heat a large room (kitchen, dining room and living room) with one thermostat. The edge zones are controlled separately by a fixed setting. I already asked during installation how that was supposed to work, but they credibly assured me that it would work. Of course, it never really worked properly. In the living room you couldn’t sit without freezing your feet in winter, in the kitchen it was warm. The best saying was that it was a very modern heating system that also let cold water run through it so that it would not cause the problems that old underfloor heating systems caused (health-wise).

Thanks for the info, I will give them a call.

Regards

Hi Hero69,

I think that seems to be the best thing to do, to call there. These are special matters that need to be settled. I already see that as a defect and they need to change that.

Good luck.

Yes, I also think a call there is the best. They then have to send a technician over. If there is no improvement, then have an independent report made.

I think it's a matter of settings and it should actually be easy to fix. But it's really annoying when it doesn't work properly. Especially now. When the cold season is starting.
