Everyone talks their crap and everyone argues based on their statement. As a layman, after every consultation, you end up dumber than before!

TGA - technical building planner. They bill according to HOAI; if you don’t find anyone, I can recommend my TGA planner, he has branches nationwide. However, I want to point out to you as a precaution that the TGA service is not inexpensive.

It is simply shocking that here, in a free, public forum, you get a more meaningful statement than from the people who pretend as if, professionally, they have swallowed the wisdom of housebuilding with a spoon.

Even I lose faith in a seriously advising salesperson—although I have been in this profession for 17 years. As a result of the “stinginess is cool” campaign, they all fear selling prices... because that’s ultimately what it means. And since the average builder prefers to build “cheap” rather than reasonable and thus valuable, one thing leads to another...!

Correct. In addition, in my opinion, it is completely sufficient in this "small" area if the most essential "critical" focal points are clarified. This does not require a complete TGA planning according to HOAI, which keeps the matter manageable in terms of costs. ;-)
