Bengta curtain panel from Ikea for 12 euros each .. 210 cm wide and 300 cm high (so suitable to shorten, according to the description without sewing), two of them, possibly three pieces, that gives you enough hanging material for 24-36 euros, which is already prepared so that a curtain rod or curtain track can be used. Curtain track .. sensibly to be fixed in the ceiling.

Exactly. Take a look at the big I. However, their prices have gone up quite a bit. Or ready-made curtains at the furniture store, if they have their offers (€50 off when you buy for €120). We have a fabric shop in town… sewing loops or inserting eyelets shouldn’t cost much at a tailor either. Surely A also has much cheaper offers. It doesn’t have to be heavy velvet. But the fabric should provide some insulation.

Yes, sorry, I had a different idea because I thought it was about insulating room division and not purely optical partitioning, so curtains and thin individual drapes are of course cheaper to get, but they also don't really block anything. I imagined a really heavy curtain panel made from one piece, like on a theater stage. Of course, you can implement it faster and cheaper that way. But in terms of heat loss, it doesn't make much difference either.

There are thermal curtains for €60 for just under 3 meters. Two of those and you're just under €100 if you research affordably. So even with insulating room separation, scarves are very cheap.

Really? Ok, that is really cheap. When I look for Molton with at least 300g/m² I only see prices over 100 EUR for 3m and then you still need two of them. But well, I'll stop arguing. Do your thing!

Yes, you’re right – of course it depends on the g/m². The question is whether 150 is enough… For my purposes, maybe yes – I’ll look around and decide then. But you definitely helped me. I will get an infrared heater and a room divider like curtains in the near future.
