Heat pumps - Which heating system is efficient?

We are currently renovating our house and want to switch to a heat pump heating system.

Can you give me tips regarding the most efficient system?
And which manufacturer would you recommend?

A reliable answer to this is hardly possible => see above. The manufacturer question is therefore initially completely irrelevant.
In existing buildings, there are usually major obstacles and possibly restrictions. Planning a new build, on the other hand, is almost child's play.
Heat pumps require specific framework conditions; if these are not met, one might be tinkering with a very expensive money pit!
Sellers and sales-oriented charlatans usually see this completely differently.:mad:
The idea that you just take out the existing heat generator, put in a heat pump, and everything will be fine is naïve and only helps the seller or manufacturer.

Well, it is a heated area of about 250m² with underfloor heating. The house is getting new windows with insulating glazing and insulation (15cm). The roof is of course also insulated ;) According to rule of thumb, that would mean about 10kW heating load if I'm not mistaken... In addition, there is hot water for 3 people. Best regards, Richard

Rules of thumb are of little value and were mostly invented by salespeople because expertise for an exact basic assessment and dimensioning is lacking ;-) For an open campfire that might be sufficient, but for a heat pump system rather not :-)
