Heat pump generates audible structure-borne noise (with photos of the system)

we have moved the pump away from the house and the pipes have been laid underground in HT pipe to the utility room.

Here the system is too close to the house for me. The sound goes directly to the house.

And yes, during cold periods the thing runs endlessly. Currently, we have the longest [since 6 years].

Would you recommend consulting an expert beforehand?

If a subsequent pipe routing through the floor slab is not possible (although I could imagine doing this via the empty conduits stored in the utility room), could you show me a picture or link again of what kind of sleeve needs to be placed in the wall so that the pipe and the concrete wall do not have direct contact with each other and the vibrations from the pipe are not transmitted to the entire house?

In the installation video of Vaillant, the pipes at least also come out of the wall. However, everything seems to be sealed there. The installation is also done on a pedestal. And a different insulation can also be seen. I probably need to ask Vaillant why the result looks "somewhat" different in my case.

As a temporary solution, you could activate the whisper mode of the system, then the compressor runs at a lower speed / frequency and the humming might change to a tolerable level. However, this also reduces the heating capacity of the system, so it might get a bit chilly in the house. It doesn’t change the fact that the wall penetration along with the cable routing needs to be checked.
