Hanging folders and ERIK

Good evening!

Does anyone have experience with the ERIK rolling container? I am interested to know if other folders can be hung there besides the Ikea ones. I have folders here and it would be pointless to buy new ones now and throw away the old ones. Therefore, I want to know before buying if others would also fit.

Simple method:

Take the folder and hang it inside. If it fits, buy the rolling cabinet immediately.

No, seriously - if it were that easy, I certainly wouldn’t have written here.
The problem is that our Ikea house doesn’t have those things in the assortment..
So my only option is to buy online and before I "buy a pig in a poke" here, I wanted to know if anyone here has experience with it.

Then there is a simple option:

Buy it, if it doesn't fit return it.

The disadvantage is, you have to buy it first and spend the money, but you get it back if it doesn't fit. Therefore, it is the best solution, isn't it?
