Halogen lamps flicker in "Luftig" extractor hood

for a short time now, the halogen lamps on our extractor hood "Luftig" start flickering after a while of operation. ops: What could it be? Transformer?

Yes, sounds like a transformer. Have you tried changing the lamp and then testing it?

I have not changed the lamps yet because the flickering occurs synchronously in both lamps and only after a certain time. I had also suspected the transformer. Thank you!

If it happens with both lamps at the same time and also regularly, it's probably the transformer. How old is the extractor hood and do you still have the receipt?

5 years warranty. Call the hotline of Whirlpool or E-Lux and the technician will come to your home and replace the transformer or the hood.
