Guest toilet: base made of floor tiles or rather wall tiles?

Is there a reason why you didn't extend the white tile on the left all the way across the wall to the door frame?

I’m wondering the same. That one row looks pretty lost there. But in terms of the baseboard, it’s the better decision.

Hmm... actually no reason. The one row is kinda meant as a splash guard. And otherwise, wallpaper will go on the front there.

I don’t know how you go to the toilet, but for me it doesn’t splash in all directions... I would have continued the tiles up to the door frame or just put a baseboard on the last row.
