GU/GÜ, developer, architect, prefabricated house???

Thank you very much, how does one find a GÜ? So far, I have only found developers and the companies of prefabricated houses.

Most companies of "the prefabricated houses you found" will be general contractors... they will build you a "turnkey house" or some kind of house ready for finishing or in some way a "almost-finished house" on your own property (or one that is supposed to become such). Construction companies that offer model houses usually will be general contractors. You can tell from the offer if "all planning and services come from one source" are included in the package (it is rarely not mentioned in the catalog or homepage).

I believe that amount is bearable in the context of building a house. And the main point was to search on your own instead of having everything spoon-fed. Sorry, but the topic hasn't been discussed only five times.
