GU does not guarantee KfW compliance. Cost risk to the customer?

The issue has been resolved satisfactorily. As expected, compliance with the [KfW standard] is guaranteed as ordered once the planning is complete and the necessary calculations have been carried out. This means that in the end, you get what you ordered, but the construction company does not want to provide a guarantee for very unusual plans that are rather disadvantageous from the perspective of [KfW]. For us, however, there is now planning certainty.
