So I consider getting used to it, sorry, not very difficult in the long run...

I can hardly tell them apart. I would be more bothered by the brown grout itself, whether it's Bali or Kastanie wouldn't matter. The others are right, grout darkens over time. What color are the tiles?

Would also be for "leave as is & negotiate a price adjustment." It will never be as good as the first time after scraping it out. Alternative: color... honestly: "brown" grout color is supposed to change the grout from "brown" to "brown"? The risk of ending up with an even worse crappy brown would be too high for me.

Hm, well we think you can see it. The tiles have a rather "cold" brown. In between, the reddish-brown grout. It's like pink and red, only in shades of brown.

5 pages and no picture? that such a thing is still so difficult nowadays in times of mobile phones...

since it is purely an optical defect, one should rather try to solve the problem differently. no one wants to pay money, but labor and/or materials are more acceptable. the best thing will be if you agree with the tiler that he does something additional for you cheaper/free of charge as compensation and then let the wrong color rest on that. the grout color doesn't last long anyway and is not worth the stress if it doesn't look completely awful now. possible would be, for example, higher (more) tiles in the shower area, tiling another room, special tile patterns, aluminum/stainless steel corner strips free/better patterned, etc... just come to an agreement. the tiler has a strong interest in getting the issue off the table. and if he lets a journeyman tile an extra room for half a day at your place and the matter is settled, he will certainly do that. the important thing is that you have not yet provoked war and immediately come with a lawyer and so on. on equal footing in a reasonable tone and the matter will be off the table. don't get upset. there are much worse things.
