We are planning to build a wooden house in 2014.
The heating + domestic hot water heating should be done with a groundwater heat pump. (+ possibly own consumption of photovoltaic electricity)

I want controlled ventilation with heat recovery in most rooms. The energy can possibly also be used for the domestic hot water.

At the same time, the pump should also have an active cooling function. (South side will be fully glazed on ground floor + attic)

I have looked at some manufacturers, but I cannot find one that offers a product with this combination. Most likely I think Viessmann is an option.

Has anyone already installed such a combination or can give me tips in this direction?
Thanks!

So honestly, I don't know of any product that has everything combined.
I actually only know WRL + domestic hot water from exhaust air heat pumps. Whether they are suitable for you depends on the circumstances.
To be honest, if I were you, I would consider the following combinations:
Groundwater heat pump with active cooling.
Then a "normal" WRL with a "combined register" for heating and cooling and supplied by the heat pump as an additional "heating circuit."

Hello,
You shouldn’t put the cart before the horse!
First, a solid basic assessment (actual demand (power, energy) for heating and hot water taking into account the controlled residential ventilation) should be carried out.
In addition, permits are usually required for brine heat pumps or groundwater heat pumps. Increasingly, operating permits are only granted for a limited time, which can lead to problems after a few years! First, clarify this point in advance, as well as the suitability (water quality) at the location, before dealing with further details such as manufacturer or even special devices.

Moreover, it could be that a groundwater heat pump might be uneconomical.

Kind regards

Thank you for the opinion. Basically. In the parental home (5m next door) a GW heat pump is also installed. Therefore, the water quality is perfect. We are also considering installing a room ventilation system and only infrared heaters in the rooms. The question, however, will be how high the power consumption of those things will be. With a GW heat pump, I know exactly what to expect because I have a reference value.

Hello,
These are initially good conditions regarding the fundamental suitability of a GW heat pump. However, this does not explain that it would therefore also be suitable for a new construction project.
The decisive factor here will essentially be the room heating loads! How high are they?
For PH, certainly a sensible basic option, for buildings with lower energy efficiency rather less so, at best as a useful addition.
In my plans, I often foresee infrared as a temporarily limited heating load supplement for heat pump systems in bathrooms, because after all it hardly makes sense to permanently "abuse" the entire heat pump system for the few m² bathroom for 2h/day in the annual balance ;-) The otherwise additionally necessary WH can be saved with this!

best regards
