Isn't the developer making it a bit too easy for himself?
Shaping the terrain to fit?

According to the site management, the step at the property boundary is about 1 m (it's higher, I need to measure it), the property boundary is about 2.5 m away from the house wall (approved according to the building application), now a slope with a length of 1.70 m is to be built up to achieve the 30°.

Does anyone know the calculation formula?

That means minus the 30 cm gravel strip at the house wall, we would still have 50 cm of flat space when we step out the door....

Is the slope measured up to the top edge of the base slab?
Does it always have to be exposed or is it possibly also built up?
