Layout of the bathroom upstairs. Not sure if it can be combined with the dressing room.

Why is the design the way it is now?
Because of own wishes, input from the planner and examples from magazines.

What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan in 130 characters?

Open to all feedback. Improvements to bathroom/dressing room combination?

158sqm (I count 170) with balcony, cellar, double garage. That will be 500,000 sporty. Why a laundry room on the ground floor when there is a cellar?!

Save yourselves the interior door, take the garage out of the thermal envelope, and provide the fellow discussants with meaningful dimensions, preferably also with terrain elevations.

I also find the dressing room integrated into the bathroom extremely unfortunate, I would not want that. I do not like the entire upper floor at all, everything was somehow just arranged around the two equally sized children's rooms. Unfortunately, I am not a floor plan expert, but others will surely come up with something.

500 TE are not enough in my opinion. The dressing room / bathroom on the upper floor also seems very weird to me - and without a window!? And then only 4 sqm for the children's bathroom. I would get rid of the straight staircase, then surely something better can be done.

Please refrain from using cheap tricks like a fresh member name in the future. If you want to challenge me in the picture memory game, you have to get up earlier: :-( :-( :-(
