The garage is still there, extending the shaded area. The large dining table in the living room will not be included, that will then be the sports corner. Having only one entrance instead of a side entrance and a door for the postman has convinced us in the long run, and the basis was the first proposal from , as the bedroom/dressing room/bathroom area appealed to us much more.

You don't really want to put an ugly exercise bike or treadmill in the living room, do you? Bathroom facing south and gaming room facing north? You can leave that out.

I can't look into your gut, but my gut is grumbling because of the almost thread-like fantasy measurements running through the floor plan. The walls literally have measles, with so many botched pockets. I would urgently reprimand the planner. Apart from that, the floor plans Rel. #17 and Rel. #16 are so extremely incongruent that they could not have been created based on the same requirement profile. Infinite Monkey is not a method!

Which hatched area? You have windows and the main entrance door on the right side of the plan. Well, an exercise bike in the living room ... great .. sorry, not entirely serious. I could understand combining gamers and sports after all. But basically, gamers and sports would be two separate rooms, which in a standard bungalow could otherwise correspond to two children's rooms.

To my understanding, this only concerns the interior walls, right? And we are talking about the stone thickness of 12.5 cm. So the interior walls should be adjusted accordingly. Since the idea of acquiring a garden sauna in the future is at least being considered, we like the bathroom facing the terrace as it is. The gaming room facing north also comes from the first draft by . We really can’t imagine it facing south, since mentally we would tend to darken it. Treadmill etc. can be stored compactly. We only need space when using it. We have given up the idea of our own sports room. If the lack of interest in sports sets in here, we have a room for which we currently have no use.

"Or" is correct, because all walls are affected - even though I forgot the subordinate clause earlier that the dimensioning is unsystematic. Interior walls are the most flexible here because the standard dimension rhythm can be disregarded in one dimension. Besides, with a binder roof and the masonry interior walls, one won’t overdo it anyway.
