Hello Haribobo
First of all, I would install a barrier against rising damp. Then drill some reinforcing steel into the concrete floor. The wall stands freely, it is not particularly high. The pressure alone will not hold it. Then you first stretch a string. Rent a wet cutting table (or check who can cut the few stones to the right height for you). From the string, take the different heights. Let's say at the very bottom 10 cm, the second stone 8 cm, the third 6 cm. You lay them in such a way that you level out the slope and then the first "real" layer comes. With this, you have to be horizontal. Then the next layer is offset on top. Then build up to the final height.
