which lender can you recommend that is good, affordable, and fair with special repayments?

Fair with special repayments?

You get what you wish for under the corresponding conditions.

This can be a major bank, an online bank, a cooperative bank, or a savings bank. Equally, a building society or an insurer. Possibly also through an intermediary.

Hardly anyone will be able to give you a concrete recommendation.

That is not a comparison that makes sense either.

Everyone has their own ideas.

Prepayments are usually possible somewhere between 5 and 10 TEUR or 5% of the loan amount. This option is accordingly priced and paid for. You will find corresponding offers at every bank.

OK then I'll check a few offers. How does it actually work? After agreeing with the seller, do you have to contact the bank regarding a loan? How long does it take approximately until you receive the money? Or is it transferred directly to the homeowner?

Didn't your seller explain anything to you about financing? Recommend a mortgage broker? Describe the usual procedure at all?

There are countless threads here on the topic of financing. Read up there and you will find many questions – including those not yet asked – answered.


As a rule, you get a financing confirmation, which your provider will also want; unless they insist on other forms of security. Then it depends crucially on the financing institution – one wants a condition report signed by the site manager, another is satisfied with the presented invoice for installment payment xyz.


This is by far the worst possible solution, as that would effectively be an assignment.
