You will always have reflections in the glass, including concentrated ones at the glass edge; by the way, this must be covered!

The glass thickness is apparently chosen correctly; DIN EN 18008 is to be applied.

Previously TRaV.

So in the described case, it can only reflect at the top edge. How and whether it will depends on how it will be ground/rounded/edged. In my opinion, an anti-reflective coating will not change anything about that.

Something else: what happens if you want to watch TV lying on the couch? Won't the angle then become a bit tight?

The architect just said pretty much the same thing during the meeting.

We will now not take the railing with an anti-reflective coating, but with a small handrail on top. So that should not be an issue.
Regarding lying down, I have made some adjustments again. The eye position has shifted a bit downwards, but that is already the extreme case anyway.

With our current couch, the eyes are about 70cm high when lying down. The normal case with our TV-watching positions is probably that the eyes are at about 90cm. :)
