I gladly wish that you will not regret it further on, but it unfortunately remains a stupidity: OKKD is a critical interface that should preferably be kept "in one hand," at least concerning overall responsibility (and thus exactly why the general construction manager is required). By dividing the house construction contract into two independent parts, you have opened the flank so that, in case of problems, both parties can easily shirk responsibility and shift the blame (or at least the responsibility) onto the other. It is what it is, whether phrased as a hymn of angels or in true Berlin style. Luja sog i, to quote the Bavarian in heaven once ;-)PS: What irritates me a little is your choice of words.
