Hello!

I ordered a LIVSLÅGA gas cooktop.

The advisor told me that it absolutely has to be connected to a stove connection. Unfortunately, we don’t have anything like that in the kitchen and would first have to tear up tiles and walls to install the connection.

I also can’t imagine that you need a high-voltage connection just for an electric igniter.

Running the stove completely without electricity and lighting it with a lighter probably wouldn’t be possible.

Can you tell me anything about this? Can’t I just use a normal SchuKo socket? Or simply a lighter?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Never mind. We probably just have to put a SchuKo plug on the cable and then we can use the socket.

Hello, I think so too. Unfortunately, Elektrolich or Strudel does not provide any information about the power consumption and refers to the nameplate, but since 1 W is specified on a Siemens gas hob, it should be similar, so a separate fuse is completely unnecessary.
