Hello I found a plot of land that is "reduced" by €20/sqm because of a gas pipeline under the property. It is a bypass pipeline of E.ON. The disadvantage of the property is that its buildability is restricted; from the gas pipeline, which runs approximately along the boundary, a distance of 5 meters must be maintained as far as I know so far. Also, one apparently cannot have a concrete fence but only a hedge. And E.ON must have access to the pipeline at any time. Does anyone happen to have such a property and maybe know more disadvantages? I don’t want them digging up my garden twice a year... Thanks in advance
