Gas fireplace stove without heating function - model/company due to LAS before construction?

That's right! The money is better invested in a 4-8k TV with integrated design/install.
Then you can not only have a fireplace, but depending on your mood and feelings also a Caribbean beach or an aquarium or even outer space staging!

I was actually thinking more of a rotunda with a fountain in the center of the garden, but my husband certainly agrees with you. ;-)

We also have a gas fireplace with LAS. The LAS pipe system had to be from the fireplace supplier (Dru). But we made it simple and routed the LAS directly out over the exterior wall at about 2.5m height. It’s hardly noticeable and saves the whole distance through two floors. BTW the fireplace has about 7 kW, packs a real punch, no preheating, no soot, turns off immediately when it gets too warm.

Great, that’s exactly the solution I hoped for us as well. Unfortunately, it fails in our case because we have too many windows and patio doors on the ground floor, from which the LAS must maintain a certain minimum distance. :-(

Yes, that’s why we have, among other things, refrained from further windows on the south wall except for the patio door. You also need space for placement, the chimney exhaust system with minimum distances, and heating up in summer.
