In any case, it was about gas condensing boiler or heat pump in a house with 140m/2 living space, 23cm exterior and 13cm Unipor interior walls, triple glazing, photovoltaic on both halves of the roof (producing a max of 13000KW/year).

Well, Unipor makes pore bricks as far as I know. I don't know of any brick format with which 13 cm wall thickness would work. 23 cm exterior walls are supposed to be 15 cm aerated concrete and 8 cm ETICS, or how is one supposed to imagine that?

For 30 years? I thought he had converted the house from oil? In any case, €1,200 electricity costs for the area, the age of the property (only 10cm insulation), 25 degrees as well as the use of radiators are not feasible. Okay, let’s put it this way.......the plan says Unipor and I thought those were Hebel stones, anyway they are Hebel or aerated concrete blocks.
