From a system perspective, that would be inherently unfavorable since the shower is used only very sporadically. Smarter would be a flow-through principle, which in my opinion also exists using a gas cylinder for outdoor use, in case no (sufficient) power connection is available.

No one would get me under a garden shower in cold weather, so it is only used in summer. And for that, the watering can hanging in the sun or similar eco systems are enough. Regards Nida

You’re not supposed to hang the cylinder on the shower supply line, otherwise it will get warm, but the lady will urgently need to go to the hairdresser afterwards.

There are gas-powered instant water heaters. Just google it.

Run a cold water line to the outdoor shower and install a tankless water heater. This is simple, effective, and inexpensive to build and also easy to winterize. How often "one" uses an outdoor shower is a funny question. Who is this "one"? In conjunction with an outdoor sauna, the shower is likely used with every sauna session. In conjunction only with a whirlpool, less often. A matter of preference.
