it's no different for us, we have just under 3000 sqm of land, of which 2000 need to be redesigned after the demolition of the old house and the new construction.

But I have very clear ideas of how I want it to look afterwards, and with that we also hit a brick wall with some landscapers here.

I would assume that for enough compensation, the landscaper will do everything you want. Designing 2000 sqm of garden area could of course lead to a rather high cost.
