Garden house shed project 2022 cheap

That is really annoying. Were they only meant for indoor use after all? I had Trespa send me free samples - the material is really great. I think it is really sturdy and durable. I want to use HPL to have "peace of mind." But it doesn't necessarily have to be Trespa.

I haven't set a specific budget. If it doesn't happen this year, then next year.

Assembly of the 12x12 KVH as a kit including static calculation ~ 1800.
+ OSB 25mm ~ 200.
+ Formwork blocks and concrete ~ 80€

Size of the garden house: 3.5x4.5m
+ 40-60cm roof overhang

Landed yesterday at 5 pm, started this morning at 9 and finished at 5 pm :D:D:D:D

Here are a few pictures.

I still have to do the wall connection properly, it is currently just glued. A rail will be added with the black sealing compound.

A few screws are still missing on the garden side. All small things that also take time.

The verge flashing is really good quality and the price was okay too. When I think about the cheap stuff they had at Hornbach compared to this.

And then some shelves and the drain pipe will be installed inside.

And the big cleanup..

Wood pieces, paving stones etc. What remains from the house construction and might be needed someday.

Today, I would probably do many things differently with the house. Especially the window positions on the outside, but inside they are in the position that feels right. But it is definitely high-quality; it is a Schwörerhaus prefab house.

No offense, it was more meant as a compliment to your homemade build... ;)

The Schwörerhaus always looks a bit unfinished with their visible edge in the plaster ;) But the shed is great
