The garden houses Emma and Viborg were chosen... definitely bottom-tier quality - unfortunately, the kids really wanted Emma, and then nothing else fit anyway... oh well. We'll now paint both pigeon blue and light gray (accent) - a self-adhesive foil with an aluminum layer will go on the roof. The accessories (glaze, paint, roofing) eventually cost almost more than the houses. Additionally, we bought a few palisade elements... just like that, 500 €. To posterity: just plan at least another 5k € for stuff after construction.

what is supposed to be included in the €5,000 for what? because after the construction we have already ended up with over €20,000 depending on what you include.

Lawnmowers, vacuum mop cleaners, garden sheds, outdoor table and bench, lamps, networking equipment, outdoor lamps, cables, iron and board, sports equipment, kitchen blender, wooden horses, go-kart... Not everything is immediately for the house, but things that become necessary once you have a garden and a house.

But 5,000 euros are not enough for that

New tires, underwear, and shampoo are also not included yet ...

There is certainly some household stuff that is needed more in the house than in a previous rented apartment. But one should "not make a mountain out of a molehill."
Life in the house definitely does not get cheaper.

Depending on the situation, some things are already available, others are not. Much of it doesn’t go away anyway and can be purchased little by little. Such things should not be included in the financing. Depending on what reserve remains in the end, there will be more or less.
