Why not just a regular double wire mesh fence with woven privacy strips ([guck nich] or similar). It's cheaper (max. €60 per running meter including installation for 200cm elements plus privacy strips) and above all nicer than a chain-link fence. Why completely opaque? Feels like being in prison.
