Garage self-built, but which garage roof to choose?

Or have prestressed concrete elements laid on it. Build a small parapet, order sloped insulation, make a core drill hole for the drain, two layers of bitumen on top. But yes, the whole thing is a bit odd

Before starting, the roof loads for foundation, wall, and lintel verifications were needed anyway. What was assumed there? Pergola or prestressed concrete?

The garage is walled on 3 sides and directly connected to the house (on the house side, so no wall, support or anything else).

How sure are you that you have correctly read the rules of your state building code regarding procedure-free projects for such a non-independent outbuilding?
