Hello,
I have a question for the specialists. (yes, I know, the answer could also come from the building authority, but maybe no one wants to wake sleeping dogs)
My property is relatively small. The building permit for a double garage was approved. In the site plan, it is shown with the positioning on the property boundary to the right neighbor. Now my consideration is to build the garage without a driveway, thus placing it on another property boundary. The property boundary to the front does not border a public street, but a private road, which belongs to me by up to 1/3. (it is a wide and elongated courtyard of 300 sqm)
Does anyone know whether I have to maintain the driveway (3m), or whether I am allowed to set the garage forward?
