Garage floor slab too expensive?

I hope someone can help me here. We want to build a house and have received an offer from the builder that he would also install the foundation slab for the garage. However, he would charge nearly €8500 for it, and the foundation slab would be 6x6m.

Isn't the price a bit high? He would also lay the electricity, I quickly calculated

I am in the same situation. I have solved and will solve it like this: The architect for the house also planned the garage for us (money saved), I combined the structural calculation with that of the house (money saved), and the electrician for the house is also taking care of the garage. The concrete slab for the garage standard 3*6 m costs just under 1300 euros, the same company is already making the foundation slab for the house for us, unfortunately I cannot say anything about the earthworks yet. There are now prefabricated garage companies where you get a single garage including the slab for that money. Good luck Regards
