Garage floor construction with underfloor heating

30 cm concrete slab? That’s quite a block.
The underfloor heating should be installed in screed. So: concrete slab, insulation, and then screed. And certainly on 120m² with expansion joints. The underfloor heating must probably include several circuits.
But this is a project you should discuss with professionals. Here you can only gather non-binding ideas.

I will read up a bit more and talk to my builder.
There are ready-made solutions from various underfloor heating providers that go into the concrete foundation slab.
