Our door is supposed to be installed later in M-Sicken and in CH703. We do have an eave (75 cm) over the garage (south side) but I actually didn’t want to have the door painted silver later on...

That just does not fit at all with the rest of the house...

From my point of view, it is necessary to ensure that the sections are not too large and that each section is stiffened with a profile. The user in the aforementioned forum did not consider either of these. I was only able to get three manufacturers to install stiffening profiles upon request. Even Hörmann and Novoferm only offered this upon my explicit request. Other manufacturers, who do not rely so much on their name, do this on their own initiative for such gate widths (5.6m), regardless of the color choice.
