Thank you for your helpful answers. We have now decided to request a quote for all options. So carport and garage with foundation and everything. And then decide a) what we like better and b) how well it fits into our financial planning

The house can cost so much more to build than offered is already shocking. But it will be our new home and that is worth it to us .-)

UPS almost forgot to reply to you, so we are paving 110 m² for 6000,-- euros, but that also includes all the materials.

With the foundation, you save yourself the paving because, simply put, concrete is poured into the ground – the concrete is so solid that you can safely erect the garage / carport on it..

A small correction to Wastl's post. With the carport and steel garages, unlike precast concrete garages, you do not have a supplied floor. That means that despite the pier foundations, you will of course still need some kind of base there, e.g., paving.
