100% correct. But small defects, scratches, or dents are certainly allowed, otherwise they wouldn't have to sell them in the bargain corner... ;)

[/quote] I was not talking about small defects. I have never seen such rubbish for sale in any bargain bin as in Frankfurt. Of course, that does not mean that only such junk is sold there. Most of it is okay.
