We signed yesterday, our advisor said _from credit approval_. That means the date of yesterday does not apply, but the receipt of the credit approval by us.

Is that correct? The contract contains the following clause:

The borrower can revoke their contractual declaration within 14 days... The period begins after the conclusion of the contract, but only after the borrower has received all mandatory information according to §492 Building Code.

Was a contract concluded = signatures of both contracting parties are on it and you have received your copy along with the instruction about the right of withdrawal? Then from yesterday. In order to be able to withdraw, you must first sign. The deadline therefore starts from the signature.
