That you have not published a DIY guide is 1. understandable and 2. not requested. The well-meaning tip was also nice and sensible, that’s not the point. But why then fake pages of inquiries instead of simply naming concrete reasons why this can only be assessed on site or which conditions on site are still important / have not been specified / cannot be specified (which still has not happened)? Since you were not even willing to answer the simplest questions regarding the foundation construction, whereby it does not matter at all given the level of the questions (after all "from someone who has absolutely no idea") whether I want to build an extension, a garden shed, or a doghouse from it, the same question arises: why pages of inquiries then? Just for the pathetic attempt to “expose” someone who has already presented himself as a layman as exactly that and to show him his ignorance (quote: "I did not expect you to really answer these questions")?! After all, BratacDD has proven that well-meaning advice and helpful answers to the actual question can be combined... if one wants to. And as is probably generally known, also already mentioned here, the actual execution of the construction project requires an approvable plan anyway, so why the panic? Sorry, but this behavior is incomprehensible to me and does not correspond to "normal interaction". After all, participating in such a forum is voluntary (my tip to you, I don’t want to leave anything undone here ).
