Hello everyone,
I am interested in a house that will soon be auctioned off by compulsory sale, all information I have taken from the appraisal, beyond that I know nothing. I am not sure if I am allowed to post the link or parts of the appraisal here, so I will only quote what is necessary.
The owner lived in the house until his death. Despite the significant maintenance backlog, it was apparently still habitable at the time of the appraisal. I want to buy the property in order to build a new building on the plot after demolishing the existing one.
There are apparently an [Altenteil] and [Rücklassungsvormerkung] registered as encumbrances in the land register.
The anonymization xxx comes from the appraisal, the anonymization YYY is from me. The parts I have "anonymized" contain the address of the property, which seems to be the same as the address of the beneficiary of the encumbrance.
My questions are: Will any of this be removed upon acquisition through compulsory auction, and if not, how do I find out if someone is still alive who can make a claim? (Is the person still alive, heirs?)
Is it worth hiring a lawyer here, or would that be money thrown away?
