I would also relax about that. There are countries that have removed the material class "dispersion product" soil cultivation and generally require reactive or cementitious sealing products. So it is not about the specific product, but about national regulations. What I dislike is the accusatory wording of the headline before gathering information.

Thanks for the reassurance. Then I will not do anything for now. Just for next time - what can I improve about the headline? I wanted it to be meaningful. That the sealing is at least in Germany and according to the latest DIN not done correctly, is in my opinion correct and was clear to me beforehand, because I had actually asked more about the why..
