Aside from the fact that I do not understand this comment. It is clearly written that the OP wants to build two stories ...

So what now? Ground floor ceiling or upper floor ceiling? In a two-story building, the ceiling above the ground floor is generally constructed as a solid ceiling ... Rhenish greetings

Hello,
I meant that the ceiling EG/OG has priority. What would be best there?
Everyday practicality? Comfort (impact sound)? Costs? Etc.?

Best regards, Barossi

Assume that he was offered to execute the EG ceiling as a wooden beam ceiling. We have row houses currently under construction by an eco-architect here, which were executed with an exposed wooden beam ceiling (certainly also well and properly decoupled etc.). At that time, another female architect also told us that it looked very good.

Hello, yes, correct. Our architect asked what type of ceiling we can imagine: wood or concrete? Therefore my question about the pros and cons. Best regards Barossi

What would be wrong with that?

A timber beam ceiling above the ground floor or the upper floor mainly has little to nothing to do with good aesthetics; at most as an "on top" feature above, if and when it has not been covered.
