On the contrary. Interior, small, and with waste heat producing devices/components, this will probably be the coziest room in the apartment. So one should keep that in mind when choosing the foods to be stored.

I don't know about that now either. Back then we had just under 3m², inside there was a small freezer, a charging station for the cordless vacuum cleaner and the vacuum robot. Otherwise, only shelves and food. The heating was off. The room was about the same temperature as the rest of the house. Slightly cooler in winter. But not significantly. However, it did not heat up either.
We are currently building with almost exactly such a pantry. We also have no window. However, we have a controlled residential ventilation system, so there should be sufficient ventilation. We probably plan to omit heating in the room. Nevertheless, we will lay the pipes to make the room usable for other purposes in the future if desired/necessary.
We have also moved the freezer into the pantry. There we have more space for a device of any size and do not have to use kitchen space.
Otherwise, the vacuum robot, cordless vacuum, etc. have space there, as well as beverage crates, etc., just like you.
Are you planning to use exhaust air or fresh air in the room? We have planned a similar pantry and in our case, the room is connected to the exhaust air.
The room will not have underfloor heating in our case.

We have planned it with exhaust air. It was the same in the old house.
New buildings are usually significantly better insulated on the outside than on the inside. Therefore, a compensation generally takes place that equalizes differences. This is also shown by the mentioned practice
