Floor plan window planning for 2 full floors flat roof 135 sqm

We are building 135 sqm. We have the fixed price secured. Maybe now it becomes clear why I can no longer do any new planning. It simply gets too expensive because then it is recalculated daily. (...)

Don’t let that unsettle you. If everyone built what is considered "lower standard" here, only the top 10% would live in their own houses, and the rest in prefab buildings and earth shelters.

I like it, looks a lot more modern :D As my nickname suggests, I also have such a cube. But my window areas are much, much larger to make it look reasonable. The view of your house looks more like a 60s cheap flat-roof house. But you can see from Dietmar's suggestion that with a bit of facade design and changes to the windows, you can already work some magic. Without significantly enlarging the window areas.
