I honestly think the draft is really good, I would move in there like that =D
What I would change, which has also already been mentioned, is the 1.8m high "TV wall". I would make it full height as well. This reduces the noise from the kitchen a bit when someone is watching TV there.
I would keep the guest WC. There is space for it, and the children should also be granted privacy. Besides, the children's bathroom can sometimes be a bit messy.
You can discuss that. Compared to the rest, it seems very separated and less modern, but functional. Ultimately, it’s a matter of taste.
Basically, I would say it fits. But in the end, it also depends on how you want to implement the KNX/ network. For a high-end KNX with all sorts of gadgets, the switch cabinets tend to become very large. But a better contact than me in this case would be the heating engineer and the electrician. They can tell you more precisely, tailored to your ideas, how much space the whole technology will require.
I would then execute it so that they disappear into the wall behind the built-in cupboard in the dining area when sliding towards the dining area.
Regards

- Really remove the guest WC in the hallway (3 bathrooms should be more than enough)

- We are still a bit unsure about the layout of the kitchen

- Is the technical room big enough for geothermal heating, switch cabinet (KNX), and network cabinet?

Doors from the entrance hall should possibly be realized as glass sliding doors (since these will probably mostly be open anyway)
