I also think that the rooms downstairs are too small. For normal people, definitely, and even more so for those with mobility impairments. Is it possible to arrange the rooms differently and, for example, move the [Technik] upstairs? Does it always have to be on the ground floor?

Well, probably no one here knows you. Therefore, for example, my question about the reason for the room arrangement on the upper floor. If you are more of "shadow people," that’s wonderful.

On the other hand, it may be that your acquaintances pay more attention to the arrangement of the rooms, but less to the distribution of the windows. Or have an eye for the fact that the pantry is very small and the bed is right next to the living room TV. I personally find the functional aspects very helpful.

I would already do without the bathtub in the [Elternbad]. It only takes up unnecessary space and can easily be upstairs.
